Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

We found our new dryer to be hard to operate and the instructions were hard to read and understand. We are both educated people and don™€™t have any trouble reading instructions This is on the vendor too They were no help at all we should have elected a different brand even though we have been using Maytag for over 50 years Thx. A Dryer That Truly Delivers

ea82 2/26/2026

I've been using the Maytag MGD5630HW for a little over a month now, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment it was installed, this dryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. Performance You Can Count On Every load comes out perfectly dry ™€" no damp spots, no over-drying. The drying cycles are efficient and consistent, handling everything from heavy towels and denim to delicate fabrics with ease. It's clear this machine was built to perform. Feature-Rich Without the Complexity What really stands out is just how many thoughtful features are packed into this dryer. The variety of cycle options gives you real control over how your laundry is treated, and the intuitive controls make it easy to dial in exactly what you need. Whether you're running a quick refresh cycle or a full heavy-duty load, there's a setting for it. Built to Last The build quality is immediately noticeable. Everything feels solid and well-engineered ™€" this isn't a flimsy appliance. Maytag's reputation for durability is well-earned, and this model is a great example of that commitment to quality. Quiet and Reliable Despite its power, the dryer runs quietly and smoothly. It fits seamlessly into the laundry routine without being disruptive, which is a bigger deal than you'd think. Bottom Line If you're in the market for a reliable, feature-packed dryer that's built to last, the Maytag MGD5630HW is an excellent choice. I'm genuinely happy with this purchase and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great dryer!!

Nanceex4 2/15/2026

I have only had my new dryer for a week so haven™€™t really gotten that much use out of it or even learned all the features. But I will say it is lovely to look at, the things I have dried so far have been dried to perfection. I™€™m quite pleased with my purchase and I only hope that this dryer lasts as long as my last Maytag dryer did for 20+ years. I would highly recommend this dryer to all.

Poor design

Maytag uh oh 2/9/2026

Plastic front door cover falls off constantly. The terrible start button, the 3-2-1 count down frequently doesn™€™t work the first time. And the dryer occasionally squeaks when running. Huge disappointment with Maytag, for an expensive dryer.

Disappointed

Shopping23 1/4/2026

So unbelievably disappointed. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Purchased the white washing machine and dryer pair, and the colors did not match, the washing machine is white and the dryer is a dirty cream. Also purchased this pair as they are stackable; however, due to the tilted control panel you cannot read the digital display when stacked. Returned the dryer to get a matching color set and the replacement was also discoloured, and makes a ticking sound each rotation. An unbelievable amount of wasted time and money.

Bad performance and squeaky sound

Nanali000 12/18/2025

During warranty time, there is this squeaky sound coming from the dryer. The technician said it is our hose problem. Fine. When I move to a new house, this same dryer has the same problem. I don™€™t believe it is the hose problem again. But it is beyond the warranty time. Hiring a technician cost more than just buying a new one.

Plastic

justann 12/12/2025

I bought this in October of 2025. Within the first thirty days, a piece of plastic from the top of the detergent dispenser drawer broke off. Maytag replaced it after two or three phone calls, which is good, but it shouldn't have happened, and it shouldn't;t haven taken that much of my time to get through to customer service to resolve the issue. I'm sure all appliance manufacturers plastic - if they didn't, the cost would be much greater - however, I paid a lot and am a little disappointed.

MrsH15 10/31/2025

I am no stranger to Maytag appliances, The heating features on the Maytag XL that I purchased in 2018 was awesome;this dryer is easy to use but quick dry setting does not work unless you are drying one item. If you are drying a load of four items your items will be damp. The energy efficient setting which is normal/medium dry setting will not dry a small load of towels.

High-tech looking dryer that performs very well

Norcal62 10/30/2025

I bought this dryer about two weeks ago. The overall appearance of the dryer is impressive. The controls are user friendly and look pretty high-tech. The dryer is quiet and drys very well. I bought the pedestal for the washer to make it easier to load and unload without bending over too much. I found the chrome-colored trim of the drawer handle cheap-looking and prone to scratch off. I hope the dryer will be reliable for many years.
