KitchenAid Appliances Rebate

Offer Expires: 10/1/2026 to 12/31/2026 Must be postmarked by: 1/30/2027

Receive up to a $4000 rebate with purchase of qualifying KitchenAid Appliances. Rebate form must be postmarked by 1/30/2027.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Beautiful Range

CynG 8/10/2026

This is a beautiful range and so efficient. The only other thing I wish it had is a toast feature on the top oven. We love the large top that covers the entire top surface and the griddle burner.

the answer to retirees meals

SC grub 8/5/2026

Given that we are a retired couple, the upper oven is perfect for our needs - without taking up counter space with a toaster oven! Thus far have enjoyed it much more than the extensive 7 burner cooktop it replaced!

horrible customer service

JenA1234 8/3/2026

This review is regarding customer service (and yes we contacted the support team who was not helpful and didn't care that they made a mistake). My new stove arrived missing a crucial part, making the appliance completely unusable. Customer service told me the part will take 7 to 10 days to arrive and refused to overnight it. It has now been 10 days and I still cannot cook meals for my family because of a KitchenAid mistake. I was extremely disappointed that they refused to overnight us the part and then was also told there was nothing else they could do for us. I'm a reasonable person, and know mistakes happen, but to take zero responsibility and at least overnight the part to us, is completely unacceptable. I'd totally return the stove if we could, and will never buy from them again.

Great example of a terrible range.

A squirrel built range 5/9/2026

I spent nearly $3000 for this range that must have been assembled by folks on a Monday following a weekend of binge drinking. The gas shutoff switch is missing from the gas valve, which is impossible to find on their website. After spending three hours on the phone, getting passed around to various departments, the warranty department sent me the wrong part.

Bought this less than 2 years ago and had to just have both igniters replaced and so disappointed that, after spending so much money, this was no longer covered under only 1 year warranty. Pathetic!

The range is great

AL_STL 3/24/2026

The range is great. It is well built and performs as expected. It looks really nice. I have a complaint about the installation instructions. You apparently have one set of instructions that you provide with a variety of products. Your instructions are not clear regarding the electrical hookup. Specifically, your instructions are vague regarding the amperage requirements of a dual-fuel range with a gas cooktop and a double electric oven. Does it require 40 or 50 amp service? I assume 50, but why do you list the 40 amp option? In what configuration is that an option? I called your customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Zoey 1390 2/27/2026

Really like most of it , only issue is top oven needs a roll out rack when set at lowest position. If not scratching the door is really likely when pulling rack to the out position. A Major flaw in our opinion.

Issues haven't been addressed in 12 years

RW22 2/25/2026

I bought my KitchenAid dual fuel range 12 years ago. They are well aware of the issues with the peeling knobs and chipping enamel. I addressed my knobs with the company and in 12 years they haven't assumed responsibility to replace them or improve them. I purchased replacement knobs which performed as poorly as the first set. Clearly, Whirlpool doesn't build quality.

Grumpy Cook 1/27/2026

Nice range was delivered and installed today. It did not come with a owners manual for this model. Owns manual listed online is not for this model. Online chat is a revolving door that set you back to the beginning when it asks for your model number. 1-800 numbers puts you in que for 30 minutes then disconnects. Not sure how all the features are supposed to work. I can't recommend something that I can't use.

Dual fuel oven with a griddle

GLef 1/17/2026

I replaced my 20-year-old dual fuel range without a griddle. I am so pleased with the new design of the knobs on the front, larger top oven, convection cooking, and a griddle. The griddle was supposed to come with the range, but after multiple calls on hold to have the griddle mailed to me, I gave up and bought a griddle on Amazon. That was a disappointment that they did not honor what I originally paid for and did not receive.

Terrible service. @ calls have resulted in transfers and hols until hung up. I bought this a month ago and so far so good. A little too early to say anything negative about the range however I can say customer service is not very good.

Could not be happier

AnneCDA 12/11/2025

I bought this range reluctantly because it meant saying goodbye to my wonderful Kitchenaid Superba gas range that served me so well for 25 years. I read every review before purchasing the duel-fuel double oven, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! I am a chef and this is my professional range at home. The double oven is a game changer. The upper oven preheated to 350 within 20 minutes and the lower oven went to broil temp in 15 min. The electric oven has more room than a gas oven which is great for cookie sheets and larger pans. It also has even heat distribution which is perfect for baking and cooking. The stainless steel burner surface is easy to clean so long as you immediately wipe up any mess with dish soap and water. I don't even need to polish dry like I had to do with my old glass top. Both simmer elements are at the back of the stove which is where I want them, and the two front burners are very powerful. The fifth burner will be great for gravy and a griddle if it ever comes (out of stock).

Sarah67! 11/26/2025

Needed to replace a nearly 15 year old Jennair freestanding dual fuel double oven. Didn™€™t hesitate to purchase the kitchen aid model. However, the burner knobs and face plate registered 170 degrees f when using both ovens at 375*! The safety team at kitchen aid claimed this was in ™€œnormal™€ range. Needless to say you are not able to even touch the burner knobs. Thankfully the appliance store was willing to take this piece of metal back™€¦ this is not a cheap oven and I truly expected much more from kitchen aid! Buyer beware™€¦

Love my double oven range!

NJS11 11/14/2025

I really like the range. The ovens heat evenly and fast. I only have 2 observations. 1) cleaning under the grates is simple but not convenient as you have to manipulate the grades toget them off and wiping down the surface is a challenge as it isn't flat. I wish the trays were removable. 2) The rack in the upper oven hits the door when in lower position. This makes it a bit challenging to pull out.

Many options for Cooking and Baking

Beckanator 10/12/2025

I absolutely love our new range and oven(s). I previously owned the pro version for 25+ years. This model brings Kitchen Aid quality and multiple options, cooking and oven, to light. It's been a pleasure and I totally am enjoying the new model. Just make sure you got a 40 amp breaker and can accommodate the rather large plug the unit comes with, so you can slide it in close to the back wall. I did it and we love it!

The Good, The Lie. The Cost

RST* 9/27/2025

WAY overpriced. Maybe even WAY WAY overpriced. Easy to operate. Cooks well due to the electric oven and gas burners. The griddle offer was a lie (get a free griddle upon registration). But we have a griddle so no big deal. Except for the lie part. Happy with the purchase as it does things right and simply. This is our second one of these. The first lasted 12 years with only one minor problem in that time until it died.

Great stove, poor grate design

AdirondackKid 9/1/2025

So far, I really like the performance of the stove itself. The gas burners have a good high and low setting so we can get things to a fast boil quickly and on the other end of the spectrum, simmer without burning the food due to excessive heat on LOW. I have also used the oven multiple times for everything from baking cookies and biscotti, fish, potatoes and more. Performance is great! On the downside: I absolutely DESPISE the design of the grates. One side of the grate has an interlocking nub that points down, and on the other side it points up. This makes it a bit difficult to remove only half of the grate for cleaning. I can't trust others to clean the stove because of the way the grate is designed. They are expecting to be able to pick up half the grate which results in the other half being dislocated and scratching the stove. I already have several nicks and scratches in the stove top. Whoever came up with this design needs a trip to the woodshed!!

5 BURNER DUAL FUEL BOUBLE OVEN

JRodrick 8/21/2025

We've had this oven/stove for almost 7 yrs and it has performed well. However, the aluminum tape on the gas burner knobs had to be replace several years ago and company did send new knobs @ n/c, Now again, have to be replaced. The "aluminum tape" tends to peel after time and edges are very sharp and have drawn blood in a few instances. I'm surprised that there hasn't been a recall or remedy for this continuing issue.

Cass44 7/19/2025

I have had this oven for 4 years and it still works and looks like new. I always wanted a dual fuel oven. The dual oven is great. I can roast my turkey in one oven and bake my dessert in the other. I like the little oven for french fries and pizza or if the big oven is full. I have had both ovens going all day. Comes with a steam feature that works great for baking fish and pork. The griddle can fit 2 medium size pancakes or 3 slices of french toast. The display is still nice and bright. If using the top oven for many hours or above 350, the knobs get warm. No issues with this oven.

My 2nd KitchenAid Dual Fuel Range

Linda051 7/18/2025

I purchased the dual fuel range to replace my 25- year old KitchenAid dual fuel range (replacement parts to fix range no longer available). Some features are the same as the old range, but there are new ones, too. I really like the slow bake feature, especially for a rack of baby back ribs done in the smaller upper oven. I have never had a double oven before and I am really liking it. I'm glad the oven has the self-clean feature and not the aqua-lift feature (almost useless in my opinion) that is on the electric range at our condo. I think the steam bake feature will be great for reheating leftover sheet pizza - haven't tried it yet. The roll-out is not only convenient but also practical. The BTU output of the 4 burners is varied and a welcomed feature. (The output on all 4 burners on my old range was 15,000 BTU and included a thick cast aluminum plate to be place over the burner when you wanted to achieve a very slow simmer like for spaghetti sauce or chili or when using an aluminum clad stainless steel frying pan or pot. (The burners were too hot for the stainless steel.) I rescued the plate previously mentioned to use over the 17,000 BTU burner. I've only used the 17,000 BTU to boil water for pasta or noodles in a porcelain coated cast iron pot and I did not use the plate. The reason for the 4-Star review. The old range had 3 solid (no tines), independent grates - 2 large and 1 smaller one for the middle (no griddle). The new range has 2 grates which are not as hefty as the old ones, are not independent, have tines, and inter-lock in the middle at the front and back. Toward the front & middle, the tines on the right are not level with the tines on the left. The first time I sauteed vegetables and browned meat the butter and olive oil to one side of the pan. The grates are side specific and positioned appropriately according to the markings on the underside. There are 4 rubber-like feet glued to the bottom of each grid. The one in the middle, front is not cut square across which could cause the unevenness. The dimple-like place where the rubber-like foot sits could be a shade too deep or the casting in the foot area could a tad short. I placed a penny over the dimple and the grates leveled. Conclusion, the cut of the rubber-like foot is the cause or the dimple is too deep or the foot part on the grate is too short causing liquids in the pan to drift away. Will address issue with customer service. After reading reviews and seeing pictures of the condition of the griddle after a few months of use, I would be inclined not purchase the griddle. However, since the griddle was included with the purchase, with some effort on my part, I ordered the griddle which was promptly received. I don't understand why it was not delivered with the range. For what this range cost, all of the appropriate documentation should have been included with the appliance at time of delivery. The buyer should not have to go to any website to obtain necessary user manual and other documents specific to their purchase. I purchased extended warranty coverage based on other reviews. Some of their problems with new ranges were similar to the 2 that I had when my old range 20+ years of use. The extended warranty is provided by a 3rd party not KitchenAid.
